14 Day Right to Cancel

You have a 14 day cooling off period during which if your are unhappy with the product, or just changed your mind for any reason you can contact us for a refund. You must inform us by email at support@goodmakeupday.co.uk or by post to Marstan 64a Chudleigh Rd Exeter EX2 8TZ. We will then email you with the information required.

The goods must be returned as soon as possible after cancellation of the contract.

The goods must be returned in original condition and original packaging with the sales invoice for proof of purchase to Marstan 64a Chudleigh Rd Exeter EX2 8TZ at the customers expense unless the goods were faulty or damaged and reported as such within 24hrs of delivery. Proof of posting is also recommended.

It is the customers responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods when in possession of said goods.

If we have to recover the goods due to you not returning them at your own expense we will make a charge not exceeding our costs for doing so.

Items returned must be returned with the original, packaging and any accessories supplied at purchase. Damaged packaging will incur a charge of £15.

A full refund will only be given if the mirror hasn’t been installed and the other provisions listed above adhered to.
